The campaign rarely owns the whole outcome
A paid campaign can generate the right click and still produce a weak commercial result. The promise may change on the landing page, the form may ask for too much, or the lead may wait hours for a response.
Each handoff creates an opportunity for context to disappear. When teams report only on platform metrics, these losses stay hidden because every tool can look healthy in isolation.
Audit the spaces between tools
Map what information is passed from the ad to the page, from the page to the CRM and from the CRM to the person following up. The missing message is often more important than the missing automation.
A stronger acquisition system preserves intent all the way through. That is how you improve conversion without forcing the media team to manufacture more demand.
