  3. Human Oversight Layer — Front-desk staff could review flagged edge cases (e.g., emergency visits, incomplete forms) with one-click approvals.

  4. Smart Reminders & Follow-Ups — Personalized SMS/email reminders and AI-driven rescheduling for cancellations or no-shows.

  5. Real-Time Dashboard — Management could track capacity, appointment flow, and no-show trends across all locations.

This orchestration reduced friction for patients while giving staff full visibility and control over the booking process.
