As the platform scaled, users began reporting delayed fault alerts and inconsistent maintenance response times often discovering inverter or panel issues only after a noticeable drop in efficiency. To solve this, Orchidea developed an Anomaly Detection & Maintenance Orchestration System that continuously monitors performance metrics, flags potential failures early, and routes issues to the right technician automatically all while keeping humans in control of final validation.

The Challenge

The Solution

  3. Workflow Orchestration — Verified anomalies triggered automatic ticket creation, homeowner notifications, and routing to the nearest certified service partner.

  4. Human-in-Loop Verification — Before dispatch, technicians reviewed AI-flagged issues for context and confirmed necessary on-site action.

  5. Learning Feedback Loop — Every verified incident retrained the model, improving accuracy over time.

This hybrid system balanced speed and reliability automation handled scale, humans handled precision.
