Overview

This project was completed by an Orchidea team member while employed at another agency, in collaboration with PAL Robotics and partner teams. Orchidea does not claim a current relationship with this client.

As a pioneer in humanoid and service robotics, PAL Robotics develops solutions for industries spanning healthcare, logistics, retail, and research. Despite its reputation, the company’s website had fallen behind: it no longer reflected PAL’s technological edge, was difficult to navigate, and failed to engage B2B and B2C audiences. Our team member contributed to: • UX and UI redesign strategy • Information architecture and user flow mapping • Digital brand design and supporting assets The goal was to create a future-ready platform that could communicate innovation, build trust with partners, and support PAL’s global growth ambitions.

The Challenge

The existing PAL Robotics website presented major obstacles:

  • Outdated design undermined credibility with prospective partners

  • Confusing navigation limited discoverability of products and services

  • Messaging lacked clarity, with weak calls-to-action

  • Responsiveness issues across devices created frustration and lowered conversions

These issues weakened PAL’s ability to demonstrate authority in a fast-moving industry.

The Solution

Our team member supported a full redesign focused on clarity, speed, and user experience, including:

  1. Modern UX & UI – A fresh interface optimized for both B2B and B2C audiences, with improved responsiveness across devices.

  2. Information Architecture – Reorganized site navigation for intuitive pathways to product information, case studies, and services.

  3. Conversion Strategy – Stronger calls-to-action and targeted messaging designed to build trust and drive inquiries.

  4. SEO & Performance Optimization – Faster load speeds, accessibility improvements, and mobile-first layouts.


The Result
