Aura Med Studio was receiving leads from Instagram, Google, and their website, but too many inquiries were being missed or followed up with too late. We created an AI-powered booking system that responds to new leads instantly, qualifies the client, answers common treatment questions, and guides them toward booking a consultation. We also built a referral flow that automatically follows up with satisfied clients and gives them an easy way to refer friends. The system connects lead capture, SMS follow-up, calendar booking, and referral tracking into one streamlined process, helping the team spend less time chasing messages and more time serving booked clients.
