Northstar Contractors was losing time each week to invoices, payment tracking, and repetitive admin work. We designed an automation system that collects invoices from email, extracts key details, organizes them by vendor or project, and prepares the data for bookkeeping tools. We also added automated payment reminders and simple reporting so the owner could get a clearer view of outstanding invoices and cash flow without digging through spreadsheets. The goal was not to replace their accounting process, but to remove the repetitive manual steps around it. The result was a cleaner admin workflow that gave the team more time back for client work and operations.
